Question Double ringtone on my Samsung S7

For a while now my phone rings 2 ringtones with incoming calls. One is a regular phone sound and the other is the ringtone chosen under preferences or settings. If I change the ringtone to silence, I still get the regular phone ringtone when calls come in. How do I fix it? Thank you!
